Savannah's Special Book

Does this excite any of you?  I think I could identify a Heritage Makers box 10 yards away!  Inside this one....Savannah's special book.  You've seen Noah's here, and today, Savannah's arrived!  Gladly, she was napping, so I could open it, proof it, and get it ready for her to see!!!
She was so excited to see her special book...all about her, ABC-style!

She LOVED the "F" page where there was a "funny face" picture of her!
And the "Grandparent" page was special too!

Totally worth all the glorious time spent! Have I mentioned I love Heritage Makers? =)

Blessings,
~k.

A look into last week...

3 months today...
Levi James is growing....REALLY growing.  He looks like a completely different baby.  Can I just say it's breaking my heart.  I want to pause time and press play whenever I want to! There's something about thinking it's the last one that makes me want to hang on....Hang on to every "coo," smile, laugh, hiccup, burp, cry....Then there's the little accomplishments that take him one more step away from complete innocence.  I'm going to miss so much.  This baby is growing so much faster than my first two and it's oh so hard!  BUT, I know the next stage will be just as precious, even if it only lasts a couple of days!!!!!
So....here's Levi at 3 months (yes there are feet pictures... because I do LOVE baby feet.)

This is a look into our car after a trip to Smithfield Chic-Fil-A with a friend.  While Levi is not pictured, he's to your left sleeping peacefully too. =) And mama, well, she's the one taking the pictures wondering if she should just leave them in the car while she goes inside a quiet house.....hmmmmmm?
A little fun in the dryer! Some days, they play so well together!

And this sweetheart just had her hair dryed after a fun bath.  She's growing up!
Thursday's mail brought great things... The "Christmas at our house" book, and the 12x12 scrap page I made for our 1/11/11 day at home!
Our room...a little challenge for me is keeping this room "haven-like."  Know what I mean?  We don't have a "junk room" so to speak, so this is where things get thrown often times.  I don't like it!  So, I thought I'd take a picture of it all nice and 'tidy' to remind me that I really like it better this way!!!
"Look how long I am?"  This is Levi's "safe place."  In the kitchen behind the gate.  =)
That's a little look into our week.  Hope yours was great and that  you feel as blessed as we do!

Savannah and Noah...published!

After taking pictures of Savannah and Noah this summer for their 3 year and 1 year milestones....we decided to make a book for the grandparents instead of giving enlarged framed photos. This way, they could have them all and take the book with them if they wanted.  It turned out great and we ordered a copy for ourselves too!  The back of ours has the words of a song that Dolan used in Noah's newborn movie he made.  We love this song and decided to use it again in this book.  The grandparents' copies all are personalized on the back with "This book belongs to..."  We hope you enjoy our little "brag" book.

A first, but not the last!

Today was a wonderful day!  I have been looking forward to it for quite some time!  It was my first HM open house....celebrating "Christmas in July!"  Must admit.....getting some decorations out, listening to the Christmas music, and enjoying good friends really puts me in the "spirit!"

A special thanks to everyone who came!  It was so much fun!!! Will definitely have to do it again. Nothing like a morning with the girls! Even got to see an old friend who I haven't seen in many years! (So good to see you and your precious little girl, Jenny!)

With all of the excitement, I did forget an important part of the party!  the drawing for the FREE square flip book.  So, after everyone left, I folded up all the cards and had my "little helper" draw a name out!
Who will be the winner.........?
????????

Brandi Hinnant!!!

Congrats, Brandi! When I called her to tell her, she said..."I never win anything!!" =) Hope you enjoy making your book!  With 4 little ones, I'm sure she can find some pictures to put in it.

Sadly, it is the very last day of Christmas in July.  I will close the workshop out tonight late, so if there is anyone who wants to get in on the last minute special savings.....order your credits now, then work on projects when you get the chance! I am here to help you get started, and all along the way.  Lots of great ideas were shared by the group this morning and there was great excitement for getting their "jpeg's" put to something they, along with their family, can be proud of!

By placing an order today, you receive a free credit for a card as well as a FREE month of premier membership!  This means you have complete access to ALL templates and can use that to make any projects you have purchased credits for.  Be sure to contact me today by phone or e-mail for more info.

Hoping you and yours have made lasting memories this weekend!

"Picture Playtime"

This was so much fun to make and very affordable!!! She definitely needs some decor on her walls and I could think of nothing better than art that captures who she is right now at three years old! These are 12X12 pages that I plan to frame and hang with ribbon. Then, if I decide to change them out next year for current photos, I can place these in an album! Excited for their arrival in the mail...
If you're updating your home decor (anywhere in your home), these inexpensive pages are easy to make and affordable at $3.95 each. The page feels like you're holding an actual photo....the paper is great quality!
Well, off to more "picture playtime." Stay tuned for more projects in the making...

Latest HM Project!

This is simply a 12x12 scrap page that, once it arrives at my door, I am planning to place on foam board (inexpensive from Michael's), attach a black ribbon and hang in Noah's room!

Looking forward to seeing the finished product. I'll be sure to post when it's complete! =) I LOVE my "picture playtime" on Heritage Makers!!!
