A Wagon, Some Bubbles, and Chickens...oh my!

Mother's day weekend... (I know, I'm a tad behind)! We celebrated on Saturday afternoon with Dolan's mother and family.  A beautiful day filled with fond moments and happy memories!
After eating, everyone headed outside where eggs had been hidden, bubbles had been released from the bubble machine, and big bouncy balls were waiting to be tossed around.

Mrs. Glenda, Dillion, Brandy, and baby Trey relaxing at the pond.

There was something...special...about Savannah and Noah and the chickens were quite drawn to them.  It was funny, really!
But soon, playtime was over and Aunt Denise led them back to their coop.

A little curious, a little timid...Definitely testing those little ladies.

But how they LOVE the chickens!
 Our sweet Savannah...having a blast.
Such a joy for them to be pulled in the wagon by Papa.

Love, Love, LOVE! They were both in the wagon and having the most fun!
Watching out for little brother...

Savannah made friends with the turtle...he's not real...but please don't tell her that!!
Papa keeping his watchful eye on Noah.

Taking a little drive with Uncle Fred in the jeep was a hi-light!

Many many memories were made.  We are so thankful for the gift of our family.

Pickers and Eaters....No Keepers

After my sweet friend, Sarah, sent me a message saying "They just put the Strawberry sign out" we knew it was time to head to the patch!! Smith's Nursery, once again.  This year, Levi joined us! 5 kids, 2 mommy's, and LOTS of strawberries. My kids, however, contributed pretty much nothing to our strawberry supply! Once picked, the sweet berries were forced into those little mouths like magnets. All in all, we I managed to fill 2 buckets full.  Strawberries aside, it was a wonderful day...
One of Savannah's hi-lights...Chocolate Milk!!
All the kids had fun walking the rows
showing off their berries...
Noah...oh, sweet Noah.  I was so tickled peeking through my camera as I watched him pick a plump strawberry only to pluck the stem and then throw it on the ground.
But that surely didn't last...he realized how yummy they were.  Then, it was a race to see who...he or Savannah...could eat the most!

She found a great little spot to pick and eat!

Savannah and Caitlin eating and eating and eating!!  They just may have installed surveillance cameras on the farm after we left!
Hi Mommy!

Love these next 2...
So glad to make a morning of picking AND eating strawberries in such good company! Let's go again Sarah, Caleb, and Caitlin.

Cute?...Precious?...I think Priceless.

And I love it so much, that I plan to pop one of these onto a 20" x 20" heritage makers canvas for their remind them (not that they need reminding) how special each is to one another.  Now....which one? If you've not seen their room, the walls are grey/white stripes, furniture is black and accents are red.

Please help me choose.  I love them both! (of course, I'm talking about the photos...although I sure do love both boys too).

Thankful X 3!

A rarity altogether to have photographs with all 3 kiddos, but even more so to have moments like these captured...thank you sweetheart.

 Just couldn't resist this one...
What a blessed Mother's Day! Thankful is too small a word.
